Bob is a Certified Professional Building Designer member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) and is certified through the National Council of Building Designer Certification (NCBDC). Bob has over 48 years of design experience and has been a member of AIBD for 23 years. He has taken an active role in AIBD serving on various committees, their Board of Directors and their Executive Committee. Professional membership in AIBD requires yearly continuing education and provides networking opportunities with top designers all across the country.

Mountain View Technical Services was founded in 1980 by its current owners, Bob and Linda Matthews. For 14 years prior to this they both worked in the civil, architectural, and structural engineering fields. This background has proven valuable in developing this business and serving the needs of our clients.

During this time we have developed many friendships with our clients and they are our biggest supporters. We feel fortunate to have had our designs featured in national publications and recognized with design awards.
